Leadership Descriptions
Coordinator
The Coordinator acts as the backstage director of the retreat. The Coordinator oversee's all of the other staffs, develops the retreat schedule with the help of the Rector, plans the the weekly leadership meetings, and ensures that everything runs according to the schedule and addresses any problems that may arise during the retreat. It is preferred that nominees have prior leadership experience before stepping into this role. A more detailed description can be found in the attached word document.

Rector
The Rector acts as the assistant director of the retreat. The Rector assists the Coordinator with anything that is needed, including answering questions, and keeping track of the schedule. The Rector acts as the face of the retreat by acting as MC for the weekend and is responsible for making sure all information is announced and that the activities are explained sufficiently. It is preferred that nominees have prior leadership experience before stepping into this role. A more detailed description can be found in the attached word document.

Christian Ministry Team - CMT(s)
The Christian Ministry Team staff heads are a team of two people who act as administrative assistants for the Rector and Coordinator. The majority of the duties that the CMTs are responsible for take place prior to the retreat and they are therefore able to seek help from other staffers with any tasks that they need help with. Their duties include advertising/publicity, t-shirt design, main site banner design, planning fundraisers (with the help of Leadership), sorting PLs, and helping out where needed during the retreat. Prep Staff Head & Co Head
The Prep Staff Head is responsible for running p-site. The Prep Staff Head will have an Co-Head that will act as their assistant to help out in any capacity needed throughout the planning process and the weekend of the retreat. Their duties include planning p-sites schedule, designing p-sites banner, praying for all of the retreaters and staffers, and choreographing the drama that is performed by P-Staff on Sunday. Table Staff Head
The Table Staff Head is responsible for overseeing all of the table parents and making sure they get what they need. The Table Staff Head's responsibilities include paring table parents, developing discussion questions based on the talks, organizing the breaking boundaries session, informing the table parents of their responsibilities including how to facilitate and lead family discussions, and the design of the table boxes and name tags, It is preferred that nominees have prior table staff or gopher experience before stepping into this role. Gopher Staff Head
The Gopher Staff Head is responsible for all of the gophers. The Gopher Staff Head's responsibilities include keeping track of all of the supplies throughout the weekend, planning the icebreakers that take place at the CSC prior to the retreat, planning the retreater carpool, gopher runs to transfer supplies between main site and p-site, and helping out anywhere needed throughout the weekend. Music Staff Head
The Music Staff Head is responsible for planning all music for the retreat including selecting a theme song, Praise and Worship music for the talks (if not specified by the speakers), music for the dance party Saturday night, and music for mass on Sunday. The music staff head is also responsible for organizing all powerpoints for music lyrics. As well as powerpoints, videos, and pump up and reflection songs utilized by the speakers (Speaker Liaison will get these to the Music Staff Head). Cook Staff Head
The Cook Staff head is responsible for planning and preparing all of the meals throughout the weekend for both main site and p-site. The Cook Staff Head is responsible for ensuring that all of the required supplies including cooking utensils, pots and pans, and food make it too and from the Retreat Location. The Cook Staff Head is also responsible for planning the Good Kat Awards as well as the the Themed Dinner Saturday Night. A more detailed description can be found in the attached link.

Speaker Liaison
The Speaker Liaison is the person that coordinates all of the speakers. The Speaker Liaison responsibilities include discerning the speakers (with the help of Rector and Coordinator), informing the speakers of their responsibilities and collecting required information from them including outlines, talk preview video for p-staff, fun facts about each speaker, speaker posters, and music including pump-up, refection, and praise and worship songs. This position is appointed by the next Rector and Coordinator. It is preferred that nominees have prior speaker or leadership experience. Angel Staff Head
The Angel Staff Head is responsible for all of the Angels. Angel staff is the support staff for Awakening. They provide spiritual support and encouragement through prayer and secret support letters to Leadership, Speakers, and Staffers before and during the retreat. This is a secret staff position that is appointed by the next Rector and Coordinator. A more detailed description can be found in the attached link.
