RCIA - The Ancient Rites and Steps into the Catholic Church
If you would like to learn more about the Catholic Church or are interested in becoming Catholic. Please contact the Campus Minister, Simon Powell at spowell@archgh.org.
The process for becoming Catholic is called the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA). Throughout the time of preparation you will learn the basics of what the Catholic Church teaches and believes about God and God’s relationship with humanity. Topics covered: God as Three persons in One God (Holy Trinity), Sacraments, the Bible, Morality, Prayer, Saints, Mass and some history of the Church.

If you are Catholic and have not received the Sacrament of Confirmation, just contact Simon HERE, and he will help you get started in the process! (*Please note this is only for students at SHSU)
